| Welcome to 3rd Grade!. Students are responsible for copying homework off the board everyday onto their homework page. It is their responsibility to do this and to remember to bring home what they need. Please encourage this! Generally, they will have math everyday, spelling Monday and Tuesday and reading 15 minutes everyday. Please encourage your child to READ EVERY DAY! This could be in the car, waiting for a Dr. appt., or at night. Also, MULTIPLICATION is an important concept in 3rd grade. Please practice at least 5-10 min. DAILY with your child. If you don't have flashcards, you can make them or buy them. Any questions??? Please contact me anytime! It is a privilege to teach your children! |
